In a mixing bowl, add the chopped spinach, boiled and mashed green peas, and boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Add bread crumbs, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and shape them into flat discs or tikkis.
Heat oil in a shallow frying pan or tawa over medium heat.
Fry the tikkis until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Remove the tikkis from the pan and place them on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
