coriander powder

red chili powder

dry mango powder

cornflour
Oil for frying
Instructions
Boil the potatoes until they are cooked through. Peel and mash them in a large mixing bowl.
Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Add cornflour to the potato mixture and mix well again.
Take a small portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a round flat tikki.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot with chutneys and yogurt.
