Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle and pour a ladleful of dosa batter.
Spread the batter in a circular motion to make a thin pancake.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges and on top of the pancake.
Cook until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
Remove the dosa from the griddle and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger paste, and garlic paste.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add chicken pieces, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste.
Cook the chicken until it is tender and fully cooked.
Place the chicken filling on top of the dosa.
Roll the dosa tightly and cut into pieces.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
