Ingredients
For dosa:
- Dosa batter rice and lentil batter
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
For chicken filling:
- 1 lb boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle and pour a ladleful of dosa batter.
- Spread the batter in a circular motion to make a thin pancake.
- Drizzle a little oil around the edges and on top of the pancake.
- Cook until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the dosa from the griddle and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger paste, and garlic paste.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add chicken pieces, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste.
- Cook the chicken until it is tender and fully cooked.
- Place the chicken filling on top of the dosa.
- Roll the dosa tightly and cut into pieces.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
