Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add onion and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger paste, green chilli, and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and crumbled paneer. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladle full of dosa batter in the center. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
Drizzle a few drops of oil on the sides and let it cook until it turns golden brown.
Add the paneer masala filling in the center of the dosa and fold it over.
Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
