In a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter. The batter should be of pouring consistency, similar to that of a regular dosa batter.
Heat a griddle or tawa on medium heat. Once hot, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges and on the dosa.
Cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
