In a large mixing bowl, add the mutton pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to combine.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the marinated meat for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill or oven to 180°C.
Thread the marinated mutton pieces onto skewers.
Brush the skewered meat with oil and place it on the preheated grill or oven.
Cook the Mutton Boti Kebab for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the meat is cooked through and tender.
