Mutton Boti Kebab

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams mutton cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the mutton pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the marinated meat for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the grill or oven to 180°C.
  • Thread the marinated mutton pieces onto skewers.
  • Brush the skewered meat with oil and place it on the preheated grill or oven.
  • Cook the Mutton Boti Kebab for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the meat is cooked through and tender.
  • Serve the Mutton Boti Kebab hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
