In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add cauliflower florets to the marinade and mix well, making sure all the florets are coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and brush it with oil.
Arrange the marinated cauliflower florets on the baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve hot with mint chutney or any dipping sauce of your choice.
