Oil for deep frying
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add enough water to make a thick batter.
Add the corn kernels to the batter and mix well to coat them evenly.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
Add the corn kernels to the hot oil in small batches and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fried corn kernels from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
