Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • Add enough water to make a thick batter.
  • Add the corn kernels to the batter and mix well to coat them evenly.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the corn kernels to the hot oil in small batches and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the fried corn kernels from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off excess oil.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
