Grilled Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pineapple peeled and cored
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions
 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  • Cut pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  • In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Add pineapple to the marinade and toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated pineapple onto the skewers.
  • Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until caramelized and slightly charred.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
