Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Cut pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Add pineapple to the marinade and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated pineapple onto the skewers.
Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until caramelized and slightly charred.
