Ingredients
- 2 cups Dosa batter
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Green chili chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Cheese
- Oil for cooking
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
- In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions, capsicum, tomato, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
- Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture on top of the dosa, followed by grated cheese.
- Cook until the cheese melts and the dosa turns crispy.
- Fold the dosa into half and garnish with coriander leaves.
