  • 2 cups Dosa batter
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Green chili chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheese
  • Oil for cooking
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing


  • In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions, capsicum, tomato, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture on top of the dosa, followed by grated cheese.
  • Cook until the cheese melts and the dosa turns crispy.
  • Fold the dosa into half and garnish with coriander leaves.
