Paneer Chilli Dry
Ingredients
- 250 g paneer cottage cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 capsicum green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion diced
- 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

- In a mixing bowl, combine cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well and add water to make a thick batter.
