Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 small onion roughly chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves thoroughly.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped onion, green chillies, lemon juice, salt, sugar and cumin seeds.
  • Blend everything together until it forms a smooth paste.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little water as needed to get the desired consistency.
  • Once done, transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve with dosa or other Indian snacks.
