Hariyali Chicken Kebab
Ingredients
- 500 g boneless chicken cut into medium-sized cubes
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
