Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1 small onion roughly chopped
- 2-3 green chillies roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves thoroughly.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped onion, green chillies, lemon juice, salt, sugar and cumin seeds.
- Blend everything together until it forms a smooth paste.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little water as needed to get the desired consistency.
- Once done, transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve with dosa or other Indian snacks.
