
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil or ghee for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter. The batter should be of pouring consistency, similar to that of a regular dosa batter.
- Heat a griddle or tawa on medium heat. Once hot, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges and on the dosa.
- Cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
