Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking dosa and filling
- Coconut chutney and sambar for serving.
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add ginger paste, green chilli, and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and crumbled paneer. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladle full of dosa batter in the center. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Drizzle a few drops of oil on the sides and let it cook until it turns golden brown.
- Add the paneer masala filling in the center of the dosa and fold it over.
- Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
