Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams paneer cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup hung curd thick yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Lemon wedges to serve

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt.
