Ingredients
- 2 cups Dosa batter
- 2-3 tbsp Podi chutney powder
- 1-2 tsp Ghee
- Coconut chutney or sambar for serving
For Podi chutney powder:
- 1/4 cup Chana dal
- 1/4 cup Urad dal
- 6-7 Dry red chilies
- 1/4 cup Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- To make the podi chutney powder, dry roast chana dal, urad dal, red chilies, and curry leaves until golden brown.
- Let it cool and grind into a fine powder. Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of podi chutney powder on top of the dosa.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of ghee on top of the podi powder.
- Cook until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
