Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice flour
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- 1 cup of cooked noodles
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, onions, etc., finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a thin batter. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Stir-fry for a few seconds.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- Drizzle oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until the underside turns golden brown and crispy.
- Add a spoonful of the vegetable and noodle filling on one side of the dosa.
- Roll up the dosa tightly like a spring roll.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dipping sauce of your choice.
