Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup garlic cloves peeled
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves. Roast the garlic until it turns golden brown.
  • In a separate pan, roast grated coconut, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and cumin seeds until they turn golden brown.
  • Grind the roasted garlic, coconut mixture, red chili powder, and salt together to form a coarse mixture.
  • Serve the chutney at room temperature with your favorite Indian snacks.
