Ingredients
- 1 cup garlic cloves peeled
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves. Roast the garlic until it turns golden brown.
- In a separate pan, roast grated coconut, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and cumin seeds until they turn golden brown.
- Grind the roasted garlic, coconut mixture, red chili powder, and salt together to form a coarse mixture.
- Serve the chutney at room temperature with your favorite Indian snacks.
